WHAT I DO I head up Building Resilience which specializes in assisting individuals, teams and leaders to not only cope with tough times, but to bounce back from stressful work and life events, and to thrive. I have specialized in the field of stress and resilience since 2006. I have researched, developed interventions, presented and published in this field. I offer three stress and resilience workshops to organisations. Over 2 500 people have benefited: 1. Building Resilience for individuals to cope with tough work jobs 2.
