• How do you think I can technically develop my website? ( As in demonstrating
Photoshop ability)
• I would change the league the table on the website. This is because it is basic. I would probably change the colours. This is because
the red the lighter shade of red used is more of a pink. This isn’t consistent with your theme. You could also make the tabs with: ‘
home, news, articles..’ etc seem more interesting. This is because it’s a basic block colour and it shows no personality. These aspects
will allow it to be easier for the audience to identify what the website is trying to present. The first article on the front I feel like needs
improving. This is because the font used for the headline isn’t effective and too samey.
• What would you change about any of these products?
• I would change the website. This is because it needs neatening up and changing to make the overall
website look professional. For example: the tabs, articles and the overall design to make it clearer
on what you are wanting to present.
• Do you think the shade of red I have used is too bright/ should be
adjusted in some way?
• The shade of red is good. However, the colour of the website is a lot deeper and darker which makes me confused
on what your colour scheme is. If the colour scheme was consistent on both platforms the logo would be
extremely effective which will improve your website.

• To develop your website more you could add certain effects to it such as animation effects which would add more appeal to
your website such as fades and swipes which would go across. Another point would be just keeping consistency and making
sure everything is in line and all of colour schemes are the same. I really like the website and think that it’s a great piece of
work which I wouldn’t really say needs changing.
• What would you change about any of these
products?
• I like all of the products the one part I would change would be the logos only because you cant really differentiate between
the two but adding in some minor details like an extra colour that doesn’t stand out too much might work for something
such as this.
• Do you think the shade of red I have used is too
bright/ should be adjusted in some way?
• The only one which is too bright is on your website as it is pink and I don’t think this keeps up with consistency, I would keep
all the colours the same but I really like the shades of red that you’ve personally gone for and I don’t believe there is a need
to change them. The way the logos look I really like and the little fade and outline effects on them are great The text also
works well as it is readable and bold catching the eye, plus it has some unique aspect to it.

I think I would add more interesting images perhaps even some of your own images if that would work
with your project and edit them to show off your Photoshop ability. and set all the colours so they
match, So all of the reds are the same colour especially. Although you want things to stand out you
don’t want them to clash. The stroke could be thinner on the text on top of the picture as well because I
think that makes it easier to read.
• What would you change about any of these products?
The logos are very impressive and look great. The website I’m sure will look better once actually made
but just needs perfecting because at the moment it looks a little basic. So if you look at doing it on wix
maybe add some animations or a gallery showing the news titles rather than a collage of them because
that’s going to be a lot for people to see on a home page and it can look messy.
• Do you think the shade of red I have used is too bright/ should be adjusted in some
way?
I think the red is harsh but I think that’s more of a positive than a negative due to it catching peoples
eyes and gets peoples attention. So although it is bright I think toning it down would make it a bit dull.
9. Feedback Q’s Summary
• I think there are a lot of useful parts of this feedback and I agree with the majority
of it, despite some of it I think either being too harsh or the person giving the
feedback just not understanding certain things. For example there was a complaint
about the pink on the premier league table, however that is the colour scheme
used in the actual premier league table. Someone else criticised it saying it is too
basic and their advice for this was changing the colour to red, which is an even
more basic colour. I think it could be changed slightly, for example adding minor
details such as lines on the table and maybe adjusting the size of it to being less
wide and also slightly smaller.
