Pablo Picasso Pablo Picasso was an artist and painter born in Spain, who  revolutionized not only  painting, drawing, sculpture  and ceramics, but the way  that the public appreciate the art.
Pablo Picasso Picasso  was born in Malaga in 1881. His father José Ruiz Blasco was himself an artist, art teacher and Picasso's first teacher. The tutelage of his father was definitive for their learning  and their children's first drawings done in pencil, Picasso shows his wonderful ability infant observation and spontaneous  stroke and safe, unusual for a kid his age.
Pablo Picasso Picasso  is considered the most important artist of the twentieth century  and one of the most influential in the development of modern art. There are over 1500 his works in museums around the world. He had several periods that marked his career, among them:
Blue period: Performed  works that used the blue, almost all of them denote great sadness in them mendigosy shows elongated figures of the street characters.
Rose Period: Picasso comes at a more cheerful and painted clowns and circus scenes, with brighter colors.
Cubist period: Looking for a pure painting and start to look at objects in his shop, intellectual way looking at them and paint the figures basic geometric.
Surrealist period: At this time using the distorted shapes, represents the monstrous and mythological sculptures were made of wire and sheet metal.
When  during the civil war in Spain, Picasso  painted one of his most famous paintings, Guernica in showing their rejection by the war and terror inflicted on civilians during the bombing German air against the people of Guernica. Expressionist  period:
