When the groups  are  small  the Communication is  very  effective  &  Group is in  Focus. When Groups are  Medium the Communication remains  effective  to  large  extent  whereas focus  distracts. When Groups  are  large  Communication must  be  very effective & Large groups  can be broken into sub groups fixing the Role  function of each member to  meet  the  goals. This  is  a  demonstrated fact  &  we  all  have noticed  , this  can be applied  in our  corporate life. We  all  have  experienced  the  spirit  of facilitation  to each member  at  any  point  of  time while  undergoing various activities. Why  this  experience  exist  when  we are  on outbound training  why  not  this  can  be  applied  at  work place.  Vivek Rampal It was a enriching experience being with the entire team. The first activity was a perfect example of the importance of  communication. I learnt that the bigger the group ,better is  the coordination required and the importance of positive mindset .Track was again a test of fitness as in the last track and learning which i had in the last visit became more stronger i.e." Whenever i will feel demotivated , I will look at my teammates ,it will reenergizes me."   Enjoyed the River crossing , rappelling and rock climbing, disappointed with myself for not completing the rock climbing. Soccer and the two activities of introspection conducted by facilitators was a good learning experience.    Overall this tour gave me  time to be in my normal self, full of learning experience and i will try be there next time again. DAY 3 Introspection Football 4 teams | 3 Games | Knockout | 5 minutes a half | Winner takes it all! Boating / Kayaking 2 boats | 2 kayaks | 24 eager sailors taking turns to row Where am I? What did I learn? It is important to strategize and coordinate with team members. Balance is necessary in every aspect of life, especially in kayaking! We might try and mould our environment to take a turn in our desired direction. But in the end it is always the resultant of a combination of factor that decide the direction. It is important to synchronize with and supplement each others’ efforts in a team to arrive at productive results.
It was an amazing experience for me, which will certainly help me personally as well as professionally. Gave a great insight on my strengths and weaknesses( physical and mental). I can easily relate to the learnings which can be used in our daily life to ensure effectiveness in achieving professional and personal goals. Ashish Bahri What to say! A very enjoyable two and a half day. Never thought of having such a wonderful experience. Every activity provided some learning experience whether it was stick balancing, river crossing, rock climbing etc. It also gave me an opportunity to introspect and self explore myself and tested my capabilities as a team member and as an individual. It was really wonderful to be a part of such group. Truly a memorable experience! Amitendra Kumar
