OPENING AND CLEANING PROCESS
I/ PURPOSE
• The process opens and cleans the cotton bales. Besides, it also is mixing
cotton process to prepare material for carding process.
II/ PRODUCTION PROCESS
• The cotton bales are arranged by rate. After that they are opened and released
by the automatic bale opening machines.
• According to types of cotton, the cotton is taken to some different machines (
natural or man-made fiber)

• After be opened and released by Circular Automatic
Bale Opener, the cotton is taken into weighing
indicator to mix by rate
• Then the cotton is taken into Pre-Mixing Hopper
Feeder and beater cleaner to clean , mix and prepare
material for carding process.
• After be opened and released by automatic bale
opening machines, the cotton is taken into weighing
indicator to mix by rate
• Then the cotton is taken into AUTO WEIGHING TUFT
BLENDING SYSTEM to prepare material for carding
process.

2/ Pre - Mixing Hopper Feeder
The T-type condenser above separates
the material, which drops into the
chamber of pre-mixing hopper feeder,
from the air flow. The material is
delivered by the feed-lattice and spiked
lattice to achieve fixed output. The loosen
material rolls over in the chamber before output in order to pre-mix. The
input quantity of the material is controlled by the flap.
3/ Single Beater Cleaner
The production rate: two types of the machines for
production rates 600kg/hr, 800kg/hr respectively.
The material is delivered into the Mono-cylinder
cleaner, traveling 3 circles during the treatment of
the porcupine beater, then transported to the
following process. Because the material during rolling over collides the
waste grid in different direction, there is no way for heavy waste to hide.
This is the first stage cleaning process of the blowing room for dealing with
heavier waste.
III/ OPENING AND CLEANING MACHINES
4/ Pre - Mixing Hopper Feeder

5/ AM Mixer
Suitable for cotton mixture and storage
after opening. The cotton is distributed
into different chamber and quantitative
output to achieve even mixture.
The cotton from a series of opening and
cleaning is overlaid and mixed completely
inside each chamber and then output evenly. The input quantity of cotton
inside the chambers is controlled by the pressure switch.
6/ TEXTILE FIBER MIXER
The material is evenly distributed across
eight mixing chambers. Thanks to the unique
three-point mixing process, natural and
man-made fibers are evenly mixed.
Any oversights with the bale setup are offset by the sophisticated mixing
process.

Opening and cleaning process

  • 1. OPENING AND CLEANING PROCESS I/ PURPOSE • The process opens and cleans the cotton bales. Besides, it also is mixing cotton process to prepare material for carding process.
