general aversion to plots I deemed to be too romantic , and my viewing of the film
adaptations were enough to keep me away from her novels. When I was asked to

Identify three types of managed care plans, such as Preferred Provider Organizations

Managed care is the provision of health care services being taken on by a single
organization in the management of finances, insurance, delivery and payment (Shi,
Singh, 2017). Additionally, managed careplans are a type of health insurance that
contracts with health care providers and medical organizations, whereas the
members are provided care at a reduced cost, usually the lowest possible cost. The
amount paid depends on the rules of a specific network.
The three types of managed care plans include, Health Maintenance Organization
(HMO), Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO), and Point of Service (POS). With
the HMO plan, a primary care doctor is chosen, and coverage is for care provided
within the network. The PPO plan pays more if care service stays within the
network, than it pays if care is done outside of the network. Furthermore, the POS
plan allows the patient to choose between the HMO and the PPO, for each visit to the
doctor (healthychildren.org).
Managed care has changed dramatically in the United States over the years. What
did managed care look like 10 years ago compared to how it looks today? managed
care grew more in the last years, bringing about new types of managed care plans
through competing MCOs. To make their plans more attractive, organizations used
payment variations. For instance, instead of capitation, PPOs used discounted fees
payment. There were ones that offered enrollees choices between affiliated
providers and non affiliated providers. MCOs also adopted various methods to
control health care costs by actively monitoring utilization (Shi, Singh, 2017).
Additionally, private health insurance, as well as high deductible health plans, can
be offered as managed care plans nowadays. Also, available to Medicare and
Medicaid recipients is the option to enroll in a managed care plan or continuing to
stay with the traditional fee for service program. Now for specific services HMOs

FDA states that a maximum limit of cadmium in bottled water is .005mg/L. The EPA
states that cadmium is on the EPA National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air
Pollutants list of 189 hazardous air pollutants and cadmium is listed as one of the 33
hazardous air pollutants that present a great threat to the public health in urban areas
(atsdr.cdc.gov).
I looked up Oregon s government regarding cadmium and I could not find anything
about it. It all just lead back to the EPA. My thought is that since the EPA as set guide
lines the states government follows the EPA rules with cadmium.

There is so much to be said about the Divas Division in the WWE that it feels like a
broken record trying to be fixed over and over again. At the last NXT special NXT
Takeover: Unstoppable, one match that stood out the whole night was the bout

Give the Divas compelling and interesting storylines. The current storylines in the
Divas Division are simply not compelling or interesting. On NXT, all it took was a
few video packages for Becky Lynch to give her backstory and give fans a reasons
to cheer for her, while on NXT was the tension between Bayley and Emma. On the
main roster, the Divas barely have decent storytelling surrounding the Divas
Championship, let alone given a low level storyline not surrounding the title. The
reliance of Total Divas for the past two years in my opinion probably hurt the
division even more than it helped. While it showcase the women on Total Divas and
gave them some reasons to be on the show, it has done nothing to help improve the
