The document provides details about the National Service Scheme (NSS) in India. It was launched in 1969 by the Indian government to involve students in community service activities and promote ideals of nationalism. The NSS operates in colleges and universities with the goal of providing volunteers for social welfare activities and helping those in need. It also aims to develop leadership skills in students and provide assistance during natural disasters. The symbol of the NSS is based on the wheel of the Konark Sun Temple in Odisha to represent continuity and change. The motto of the NSS is "Not Me, Not You, But We" to reflect democratic values and service to society.
PROCESS OF COOPERATIVE FORMATION IN THE COUNTRY AND ROLE OF LEADERSHIP IN COO...revapparebasiddanava
Process of cooperative formation in the country and role of leadership in cooperative management
INTRODUCTION
The cooperative societies can be defined as an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly-owned and democratically-controlled enterprise.
Co-operatives are based on the values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and solidarity. Also believe in the ethical values of honesty, openness, social responsibility and caring for others.
Why do co-operative societies matter?
A flourishing network of co-operative societies improves the standard of living of the weaker and middle-income sectors of the society as agents of change and reformation.
They provide an economic model with a higher level of entrepreneurial or social sustainability and often work as pressure groups to voice the views of its members in a larger market.
Being a part of a co-operative improves your creditworthiness as a producer as well as a consumer.
They are easy to join, ensure equitable distribution of profits, prioritise welfare over individual profits, are stable in their functioning and output, and receive a substantial amount of government support.
The spirit of co-operation and unity in chasing common interests is the driving force behind co-ops. In a growing democracy, they are the symbol of meritorious collectivism.
Importance of Cooperative sector for India
The cooperatives play very important role in India because it is an organization for the poor, illiterate and unskilled people. The importance of cooperative sector for India is given below:
1. It provides agricultural credits and funds where state and private sectors have not been able to do very much.
2. It provides strategic inputs for the agricultural-sector; consumer societies meet their consumption requirements at concessional rates.
3. It helps to overcome the constraints of agricultural development

The Role of Community Education in Reducing Child Sexual Abusepaperpublications3
Abstract: Individual education seems not enough to deal with community-based problems; community education by community members themselves is of paramount importance to deal with any community-based problem including child sexual abuse. Community education programmes designed by the community members can improve the quality of life of children and develop harmonious interpersonal relationships. Although communities differ from one another, some of the programmes used in other communities could be used in another community provided community participation prevails. Community participation provides the community with an opportunity to employ one programme after another till there would be an indication of the reduction of child sexual abuse. The evaluation of the programme will suggest the next programme to employ. The study adopted a participatory action research approach utilising a qualitative technique to collect the data. Interviews were conducted with educators, nurses, social workers, traditional leaders, church leaders, members of the civic organisation, policing staff and the Victim Empowerment Group. According to the responses of all target groups, community participation is imperative to reduce the incidence of child sexual abuse.

The Role of NSS towards Student in Higher Educationijtsrd
The antisocial gap between the educated and uneducated, rich and poor, urban and rural is reduced by bringing together students of all such levels, in the NSS camps. It helps to strength to the spirit national integration. Development of rural India was Mahatma Gandhi's dream. Even after 50 years of independence we cannot say with certainty which rural India has developed. Illiteracy, Poverty, Superstition, Hygiene, Drinking water, etc., are the various problems still faced by rural population. Cosmetic shop management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. The information needed to alleviate this problem is on the back of each product, but it's thought to interpret those ingredient lists unless you have a background in chemistry.
Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. It should help the employees to quickly identify the list of cosmetic product that have reached the minimum quantity and also keep a track of expired date for each cosmetic product. It should help the employees to find the rack number in which the product is placed. It is also Faster and more efficient way.

Hybrid optimization of pumped hydro system and solar- Engr. Abdul-Azeez.pdffxintegritypublishin
Advancements in technology unveil a myriad of electrical and electronic breakthroughs geared towards efficiently harnessing limited resources to meet human energy demands. The optimization of hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems plays a pivotal role in utilizing natural resources effectively. This initiative not only benefits humanity but also fosters environmental sustainability. The study investigated the design optimization of these hybrid systems, focusing on understanding solar radiation patterns, identifying geographical influences on solar radiation, formulating a mathematical model for system optimization, and determining the optimal configuration of PV panels and pumped hydro storage. Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. Optimizing the design of solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems as examined across diverse climatic conditions in a developing country, not only enhances power generation but also improves the integration of renewable energy sources and boosts energy storage capacities, particularly beneficial for less economically prosperous regions. Additionally, the study provides valuable insights for advancing energy research in economically viable areas. Recommendations included conducting site-specific assessments, utilizing advanced modeling tools, implementing regular maintenance protocols, and enhancing communication among system components.
Water scarcity is the lack of fresh water resources to meet the standard water demand. There are two type of water scarcity. One is physical. The other is economic water scarcity.
CFD Simulation of By-pass Flow in a HRSG module by R&R Consult.pptxR&R Consult
CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
It is always satisfying when we can help solve complex challenges like this. Do your systems also need a check-up or optimization? Give us a call!
Work done in cooperation with James Malloy and David Moelling from Tetra Engineering.

4. Introduction-
The National Service Scheme is an Indian Government
sponsored public service programme coducted by the
department of youth affairs & sports of the Govt. of
India popularly known as NSS.The scheme was
launched in Gandhi ji’s century year,1969.And it
developing students personality through community
services.
NSS is a volunteer association of young people in
college,Universities & +2 level working for campus
community linkage. The cardinal principal of NSS is
that it is organized by the students themselves & both
students and teachers through their combined
participation in community services. It is a sense of
environment in the tasks of nation building.
5. After indepdence the university grand commission headed by
S.Radha Krishnan recommended the introduction of voluntury
National Service in academic institutions. This idea was taken
considered by the Central Advisory Board of Education(CBSE)
of it’s meeting in January 1950 after examine the idea & the
experince of oter country in this field.
The Board recommended that students and teachers should
devote time to voluntury Mannual Work.In draft first five
years plan adopted by the Government in 1952,they need for
social and labour service by Indian students for one year was
stressed.In 1958,Jawaharlal Nehru in a letter to C.M.’s
considered the idea of social services as a pre-requisite for
graduation. He directed the ministry of education to formulate
a suitable scheme for theintroduction of National Service into
academic institutions.
6. In May 1969,a conference of student representation(of
universities or institutions of higher education)
convened by the Ministry of education and the
university grants commissions also agreed that NSS
woulde be an instrument for National integration. On
24th Sept 1969,Union Education Minister VKRV Rao
launch the NSS at 37 Universities in all states.
7. The program aims to include social
welfare in students and to provide
service without bias NSS volunteer
work to insure that everyone who is
needy gets help to enhance their
standard of living and lead a life of
dignity ; In doing to volunteers
learn from people in villages how to
lead a good life. Despite a scarcity
of resources; It also provides help
in natural and man-made disasters
by providing food clothing and first
aid to the disaster victim.
8. In 1959; the draft outline of their scheme was placed
before a conference of state Education Minister . The
conference agreed on the urgent need for a workable
scheme for national service and suggested the
appointment of a community to workout details of the
proposed object of project .
9. The Education commission [headed by D.S
Party] recommended that students at every
stage of commission should be associated with
same form of social service . This was taken in
to account by the state education minister s
during their April 1967 conference they
recommended that universities students could
join the National Service Scheme.
10. The symbol for the NSS has been based on the giant
Rath wheel of the world famous Konark sun
temple(the black pagoda ) situated in Orissa, India.
The wheel portrays the cycle of creation
,preservation and release and signifies the
movement in life across time and space , The symbol
thus stand for continuity as well as change and
implies the continuous striving of NSS for social
change.
11. [ NOT ME , NOT YOU ,BUT WE]
This reflects the essence of democratic living
and upholds the need selfness service and
appreciation of the others persons points of
view and also show consideration for the
fellow human beings .It unless that the
welfare of at society on the whole . Therefore
it should be the Aim of the NSS to demonstrate
this motto in its day to day program .
Not Me,
Not
You,
But we.
12. (1) Understand the community in which they weak.
(2) Understand themselves in relation to their
community.
(3) Identify the needs and problems of the
community 2nd envolve them problem solving
process .
(4) Develop among themselves essence of facial and
civil responsibility.
(5) Utilise their knowledge in finding practical
solution .
(6) Acquire leadership qualities .
(7) Develop capacity to meet emergencies and
natural disaster.
28. CONCLUATION
. Love plant and trees .Respect them
, plant them for your self.
And care for them , see for your self
to create positive effect for
The environment.
