Usefulness of Telemedicine during Covid 19 Pandemic Situation in India A Reviewijtsrd
INTRODUCTION The spread of the corona virus infection led in an unprecedented rise in demand for healthcare services, emphasising the deficiencies of todays health systems throughout the world. Because there is no known cure for the disease, countries that have been affected have had to increase the efficiency of their healthcare delivery systems. Telemedicine can assist non critical COVID 19 patients avoid hospital visits, saving time and money for both providers and individuals who have not been exposed to COVID 19. Broad adoption of telemedicine at this critical juncture in Indias healthcare system will provide a new public health delivery option capable of dealing with the COVID 19 outbreak and beyond. OBJECTIVE To document the usefulness of telemedicine during COVID 19 in India and document the challenges in availing and provisioning telemedicine services from provider and client perspective in Indian scenario. METHODOLOGY This review was conducted using PubMed Central and Google Scholar to search two databases. Inclusion criteria included studies clearly defining any use of telemedicine services during the COVID19 pandemic and its uses, written in English, published from 2019 to the present, and including studies conducted in India. RESULT According to studies reviewed, patients have expressed high satisfaction with telehealth services, despite hindrances and potential barriers such as limited Internet availability, devices, a lack of technology awareness, high implementation costs, and a legal framework that includes privacy and confidentiality policies. As a result of the outcomes of this study telemedicine has been determined to be a successful method of health care in these challenging times. There are certain concerns about its usage that need to be addressed. CONCLUSION The utilisation of telemedicine and telehealth services during the COVID19 pandemic appears to be of great benefit, since when compared to the hurdles, it may allow a huge population to be reached from home without putting the lives of health care personnel and patients at danger. 1. Telemedicine is the use of technology to communicate among health professions on the status of a patient’s health. It could include primary care or specialist referral services in which there is need to monitor a patient’s medical and health information. (Jonas & Kovners, 2015). This type of medicine transition patient care from the physician’s office to the patient’s home. Telemedicine holds the promise of being able to provide services to each population with the use of technology in the fields of both health care and communications. For those in remote regions of any state or province, video conferencing and distant consultation could be used to provide care over very large distances.
Describe how it is typically being used in either a rural or an urban setting at the present time.
In the rural setting, a telemedicine health care network consists of rural health care centers that are connected to regional hospitals through telecommunication/data technology and (telemedicine-enabled) medical equipment. The centers have medical personnel who help with doctor -patient interactions and medical examinations. The diagnosis and patient monitoring are all done remotely. (Ishfaq, R., & Raja, U., 2015).
For the setting you chose, what are telemedicine's overall strengths? What are its overall weaknesses?
The overall strengths in the rural setting is the ready assess to health care. The advantages of this include removal of transportation issues to major cities, reduction in cost of health care and the mere fact that health care is available to the people in the rural areas. The overall weakness will include the availability of enough health care centers to cater for the health needs of a community
Next, select an allied health profession and describe how telemedicine is now or could affect patient care in that field.
Laboratory testing is an integral part of any health care diagnosis and treatment therefore it is important to have quick and accurate laboratory results. Point-of-care testing(POCT) has been in existence for a long time and has been proven to be effective. The quick and convenient way of using POCT and the fact that it can be done anywhere is of great importance to many patients in rural areas. There is however the need for training to use the equipment accurately. Other areas of concern would be the weather conditions in the rural areas which could affect the efficacy of the reagents in the equipment.

TELEMEDICINE AND HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIESRubashkyn
The world now driving by the ICT(information and communication technologies) based services, which include innovation, several applications in industries, such as financial services, telecom and IT, media and in health care industry. The most important critical questions concerns the organizing of service innovations processes is high-tech research, service innovation and the project management research, thus there is a need for more empirical research to understand and manage ICT based service innovations. Telemedicine uses ICTs to defeat environmental barriers, and increase access to health care services. This is particularly beneficial for rural and underserved communities in developing countries, the traditionally groups suffer from lack of access to health care[1].
Telemedicine is a service in this whole process it will providing medical expertise and health services to remote, rural, and transport less area communities in primary care, and in emergency conditions with the help of telecommunications. In telemedicine are will give continuous medical monitoring for many purposes like physicians needing to early diagnosis of depression or sports persons need to monitor their condition and performance. [Baker et al. 2007; Boric-Lubecke and Lubecke 2002;Varshney 2007].
ICT in healthcare refers to information and communication technologies used in healthcare, including telemedicine, mobile health, and health information systems. Telemedicine allows video conferencing between medical professionals and patients in remote areas to provide care. It has advantages like improving access to care, reducing costs, and saving travel time. Health information systems digitize patient records to improve quality of care while reducing medical spending and administrative costs. ICT plays a key role in developing new healthcare models and continuing medical education.
The document proposes a virtual clinic telemedicine system for remote areas of Pakistan. It would connect rural clinics with non-practicing female doctors via smartphones. A nurse at a rural virtual clinic would collect patient information like vitals and send it via smartphone to a central system. The system would send the information to a doctor who would prescribe treatment and send it back to the clinic. Surveys found rural residents and young/non-practicing doctors supported the idea, while some senior doctors did not due to not wanting constant smartphone notifications. A prototype was created using Android and iPhone apps to demonstrate feasibility.

Telehealth care enhancement using the internet of things technologyjournalBEEI
Chronic diseases quickly become broader public health issues because of the difficulty in obtaining appropriate, often long-term health care. So that, it requires the extension of health care for patients with chronic diseases beyond the clinic to include patient’s home and work environment. To reduce costs and provide more appropriate healthcare, we need telehealth care where internet of things (IoT) technology plays an important role. The integration of the IoT and medical science offers opportunities to improve healthcare quality, and efficiency and to better coordinate healthcare delivery at home and in the workplace. In this paper, we present the realization of a remote healthcare system based on the IoT technology. The function of this system is the transmission via a gateway of internet collected data using biomedical sensors node based Arduino board (e.g., temperature, electrical activity of the heart, heart rate monitor). These data will be stored automatically in a cloud. The health can then be monitored by the doctor or patient using a web page in real-time from anywhere at any time in the world using laptops or smart phones, etc. This method also reduces the need for direct interaction between doctor and patient.
In the last decade the healthcare monitoring systems have drawn considerable attentions of the researchers. The prime goal was to develop a reliable patient monitoring system so that the healthcare professionals can monitor their patients, who are either hospitalized or executing their normal daily life activities. In this work we present a mobile device based wireless healthcare monitoring system that can provide real time online information about physiological conditions of a patient. Our proposed system is designed to measure and monitor important physiological data of a patient in order to accurately describe the status of her/his health and fitness. In addition the proposed system is able to send alarming message about the patient’s critical health data by text messages or by email reports. By using the information contained in the text or e-mail message the healthcare professional can provide necessary medical
advising. The system mainly consists of sensors, the data acquisition unit, microcontroller (i.e., Arduino), and software (i.e., LabVIEW). The patient’s temperature, heart beat rate, muscles, blood pressure, blood glucose level, and ECG data are monitored, displayed, and stored by our system. To ensure reliability and accuracy the proposed system has been field tested. The test results show that our system is able to measure the patient’s physiological data with a very high accuracy.
This document discusses telemedicine, including its history, types, technologies used, and applications in clinical research. It began with definitions of telemedicine and telehealth. This study examines the effect of response reduction factors (R factors) on reinforced concrete (RC) framed structures through nonlinear dynamic analysis. Three RC frame models with varying heights (4, 8, and 12 stories) were analyzed in ETABS software under different R factors ranging from 1 to 5. The results showed that displacement increased as the R factor decreased, indicating less linear behavior for lower R factors. Drift also decreased proportionally with increasing R factors from 1 to 5. Shear forces in the frames decreased with higher R factors. In general, R factors of 3 to 5 produced more satisfactory performance with less displacement and drift. The displacement variations between different building heights were consistent at different R factors. This study evaluated how R factors influence

Advanced control scheme of doubly fed induction generator for wind turbine us...IJECEIAES
This paper describes a speed control device for generating electrical energy on an electricity network based on the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) used for wind power conversion systems. At first, a double-fed induction generator model was constructed. A control law is formulated to govern the flow of energy between the stator of a DFIG and the energy network using three types of controllers: proportional integral (PI), sliding mode controller (SMC) and second order sliding mode controller (SOSMC). Their different results in terms of power reference tracking, reaction to unexpected speed fluctuations, sensitivity to perturbations, and resilience against machine parameter alterations are compared. MATLAB/Simulink was used to conduct the simulations for the preceding study. Multiple simulations have shown very satisfying results, and the investigations demonstrate the efficacy and power-enhancing capabilities of the suggested control system.
Low power architecture of logic gates using adiabatic techniquesnooriasukmaningtyas
The growing significance of portable systems to limit power consumption in ultra-large-scale-integration chips of very high density, has recently led to rapid and inventive progresses in low-power design. The most effective technique is adiabatic logic circuit design in energy-efficient hardware. This paper presents two adiabatic approaches for the design of low power circuits, modified positive feedback adiabatic logic (modified PFAL) and the other is direct current diode based positive feedback adiabatic logic (DC-DB PFAL). Logic gates are the preliminary components in any digital circuit design. By improving the performance of basic gates, one can improvise the whole system performance. In this paper proposed circuit design of the low power architecture of OR/NOR, AND/NAND, and XOR/XNOR gates are presented using the said approaches and their results are analyzed for powerdissipation, delay, power-delay-product and rise time and compared with the other adiabatic techniques along with the conventional complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) designs reported in the literature. It has been found that the designs with DC-DB PFAL technique outperform with the percentage improvement of 65% for NOR gate and 7% for NAND gate and 34% for XNOR gate over the modified PFAL techniques at 10 MHz respectively.
