Google Drive allows sharing of documents by clicking the folder to share, typing the email of the recipient, and choosing the access level. Users get 15GB of free storage that can be expanded, and Google Docs files don't count against storage. Access levels include edit, comment, and view, determining the actions a user can take. Ownership of files can also be changed and files shared via links on social media from the advanced sharing options in Drive.

• On your computer, go to drive.google.com
• Click the folder you want to share .
• Click share
• Under “people” type the email address or
Google group you want to share with.
• To choose how a person can use the folde

• Click send . An email is sent to people yo
