When multiple viewers have opened a
document you have the option to chat with
them. Clicking on their colored square in the
upper right hand corner will enable a chat
window.

If you find a document that you would like to
“steal” you can click on File → Make a Copy.
This will copy the document to your Drive
account in order to make editing changes that
will not affect the original document.

You can upload videos, music, Powerpoints, and
other multimedia files to Google Drive in order
to create backup copies. Everyone is granted
5TB of storage space (Anything you create in
Google docs does not count against your
storage quota) You can upload files simply by
clicking on the upload icon.
