Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Front Office Manager & Duty Manager.
- Taking hand over from previous shift in regards to shift cash as well as guest requests.
- Checking for and important document or parcel to be given to guest on arrival.
- Referring the Log book for any important points.
- Ensuring smooth check - in & check - out of the guests.
- Assisting guest in using the business center facilities and targeting on its revenue.
- Arranging the supporting of the guest bills as per guest request.
- Coordinating with different department to ensure personalized and flawless
services to the guest at any point of time.
- To ensure and make their stay comfortable and memorable.
- Updating of guest profiles, database & making of C-forms.
- Analysing guest feedback to improve the operations.
- Handling guest problems & providing solution in coordination with the duty manager.
- Communicating & liaising with travel agent, individual & companies for potential business.
- Involved in targeting budget & achieving them.
- Supervision of the team & assisting them in unique situation.
- Maintain checks & ensuring that SOPS are followed.
