HR – Operations: Organization Change Management & Training
Neha works in HR operations and is responsible for end to end people process work related employee engagement,
employee connects, stakeholder management, performance management, retention, on boarding, training and
employee communication.
She is skilled at planning and execution for Change Management and Training initiatives of the organization. She has
