Prof Mohanty has spent 12 years in Management Education (Idea Methodology and Invention),Management Aptitude Tests as their chief implementation specialist , work as an independent global consultant (owner of KASAC Solutions), and a professor in Management Studies. During the last 7years he guided development of 120 management projects, Govt. and Public sector examination (NALCO,C_DOT,HFL,PDIL & BANASTHALI UNIVERITY) Prof Mohanty has delivered numerous basic and advance training seminars (some of them with All India Management Association) and educated & trained thousands of Managers, Engineers, and Executives in Management Programs.
