I am a passionate young and dynamic individual, I have completed a
Diploma in Media Studies majored in Strategic Marketing My current
objective is to further my experience and take on new exciting
challenges. I have experience in Procurement & media production for
bottom of the line advertising. I previously serviced other firms in
client services & relations and office support, administration, events
planning & Coordinator accompanied by excellent computer skills in

o Ensure all artwork is signed off by the relevant parties in good time to
meet the relevant deadlines
o Manage internal department’s expectations and allocate project plans and
timelines according to priorities
o Liaise with suppliers and ensure that all deliverable are met on time
o Ensure that all supplier costings are signed off and that the suppliers
deliver within the costs provided
o Manage client expectation with regards to deadlines
o Research and remain up to date with both national and international trend
in the POS and branding arenas
o Recommend new and innovative ideas to client to ensure that we are
always a step ahead of the competition
o Keep an eye on competitor POS and branding and provide client with
suggestions and insight

o Ensure that client briefs are expeditiously acted upon and updated on the
internal status documents
o Handle all client related queries and that feedback is provided on all
actions taken
o Provide client with a status report weekly
o Able to capitalise on opportunities within the existing account to ensure

Communication, General Administration. On a
daily basis I handled incoming calls and internet
enquiries. I was responsible for booking patients
and building & maintaining brand awareness with
current and potential complete diagnosis enquires
and customer relations & setting up branding I
managed online campaigns & social media
optimisation (Facebook and Twitter. etc.) I set up
and was responsible for patient testimonials
