2. "As a candle lights the path for others, to live an influential life" this what I always
say for myself. All human beings are born in this life with their dreams, destinies, and
ambitions. Therefore, I always believed that there was a human destiny waiting for
me. I have always believed that I was born in order to be inspirational and rebellious.
In addition, I decided to be a raider in my community. I promised to be an
extraordinary girl. Every day goes by; I think deeply what I want to be. I found a
voice from my depths calling me, and says," Education is a lofty message, and the
teacher is the knight of the life." Therefore, I took my covenant and decision to be a
real human! I decided to choose! To teach.. I put my heart, my soul and my whole,
when I took my decision to join the College of Education. To be a voice for humanity,
to be the hand of others to give, to be a soul bleeding with love and passion for
teaching. This life does not love zombies and losers. I know that who wanted to be a
teacher should be strong, patient, loving, giving and tolerant. However, the message
of education is not easy and simple; I believe that I will face many challenges and
difficulties. Thus, every time I will look at my hands, to be able to look at my
different fingers and remember that I will be facing different students, with varying
abilities, so I will never give up. "I think, therefor I am," says Descartes, who is one of
the idealism school believers. The real beings in this life neither we are a moving
bodies nor talking people. The real beings who think and act.
The Ministry of Education takes a clear approach in formulating its diverse
objectives, which are addressed in different axes: educational, social, developmental
and methodological. I will do my best to match my objectives with the policy of the
Ministry, and its permanent development. As I will work hard to achieve the policy
and objectives of the ministry in my educational career. I will certainly draw my own

3. path of communicating to build the educational, moral and spiritual messages to
students. I promise that I will provide students with a safe learning environment and
the right atmosphere for learning. I will also work on an aesthetic diversity that takes
into account individual differences within the classroom environment. For example, I
will apply group activities to develop the value of teamwork. On the other hand, I will
apply individual activities to understand student's level. In addition, I will be
interested in developing the skills, abilities and talents of students. In addition, I will
help them to discover themselves because self-understanding led them to improve. I
will not forget the side of time management; I will be an example of commitment and
time management's model. The teacher is a model of the students, so each teacher
must apply the values before students are asked to do so. I also link the learning
environment with the outside community, so students understand that they have a
great role as learners in their community. In addition, this will help them to instill the
value of citizenship and patriotism in their hearts and mind, to know that science is
their way to preserve the homeland.
The Ministry's curriculum is tailored to the needs of students at different levels of
study. As an English teacher, I must cover the needs of curricula and courses.
Moreover, to strengthen each unit of study in various activities and effective methods,
I share my ideas with my experienced teachers, and teachers who are in my stage. For
that, we can enjoy the pleasure of teaching and always develop ourselves. The
constant development is desired by every teacher, so I will be keen to observe the
different teachers, even from different disciplines to benefit from different aspects in
classroom management or the application of various teaching methods.

4. There are different methods that teachers can rely on and help teachers to deliver the
information fast. For me actually I prefer to vary my ways and methods of teaching
since this led to break the routine of periods and it depends on the contexts that I have.
One of the most popular method is CLT "communication language teaching. This way
is helpful to let students participate and join lesson more via different way of
communication. I also prefer use Dsuggestopedia method because I focus on class'
design, color and set up. It also cares about novelty and positivity atmosphere of class.
Moreover, I can use total physical response "TPR" to let students enjoy movement
and communication among them.
It is clear that teaching methods alone are not enough to complete the learning
process. There are other factors that must be taken into consideration by the teacher,
including classroom management. It is important to provide a suitable, health
educational environment for students. As well as, attention must be given to the way
students sit and distribute. For example, if the class is divided into groups, individual
differences must be observed, and students should be evenly distributed among
groups. I will also concentrate on keeping order and discipline in the classroom. As
well as knowledge of dealing with unethical behaviors or unacceptable situations
within the classroom environment. Dramatically, morality comes before education;
there is no value to the person that carries knowledge without ethics or values. I will
also provide the best tools to teach, facilitate and simplify the information for them. I
will not deny the importance of using modern technology. Since technology has
become a requirement of the times. Therefore, it must be employed. I will also focus

5. on the use of e-learning, educational videos and Smart board. Indeed, technology
facilitates the delivery of information to the student, and it creates an atmosphere of
fun and diversification within the classroom.
As a new teacher, I will make sure my role in class, is more effective and less talk. I
will also open a greater opportunity for students to talk and participate. I will not
neglect the role of the student. Education is an integrative process between the teacher
and the student. I would like to determine my role based on the class position.
Therefore, I chose to be controller or facilitator. I will also strive to break the fear on
demand, and let them be more loved for learning, adventure and exploration. As a
teacher, I must strengthen the student's self-confidence because it will help them to
accept learning more and more.
In order to evaluate the students, we will vary in the methods used, as I will do several
methods: feedback, individual and group standard activities. Self-reflection, self-
assessment and pair -evaluation. . The evaluation will not be limited to the subject of
the curriculum, but rather to evaluate the self-promotion, and develop the personality
of the students. Evaluation plays a key role to make the teacher understand and know
that his position is in the way. It also helps to correct errors, develop weaknesses,
identify needs and come up with new ideas. I must be aware that teaching is the pure
message that changes a lot but will not be done without equality and diligence; the
teacher must seek to participate the student to reach the desired goal. To be "As a
