3. Teaching Philosophy
Teaching is a process of learning from your students,
colleagues, parents and the community. This is a
lifelong process where you learn new strategies, new
ideas and new philosophies. Through time, our
educational philosophy is changing. That means we
grew and learned new and many things. My view, the
skillful teacher is a teacher who can build a good
relationships with his students based on mutual
respect, trust and sets the tone for a classroom
community.
4. I'm a student now, but when I think about my role of a
teacher the important thing that I constantly focusing on
the relationships that I built with my students and their
families. The conversations with my students about
subjects that they learnt it and how they are feeling
about the material that we are studying in class it make
me enjoying
I want to make my class to be less than of a class and
more of a community, where we are all sharing ideas
and communicating and learning from one another at
the same time. That what I'm doing in my class. This is
one of the reasons why I focused on teaching
preparatory school students .
5. The students' maturity gives them the ability to clearly
articulate their own thoughts and feelings. I have a very firm
belief that young people have the ability to make great
changes in the world if they are given the right information
and tools, and I want to help my English students reach their
goals in life by giving them the tools to better communicate
with community and with the world.
My philosophy of education is based on what I know and my
experienced at this point in my career. We can make mistakes
or learn something new and make a change for the better. I am
excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. So, I am sure
that my teaching philosophy will change as I learn more as a
young professional. That’s one of the gifts of Allah to be a
teacher.
6. Also, my philosophy of education is that all
children, pupils and students are unique and they
must have a stimulating educational environment
where they can grow physically, mentally,
emotionally and socially.
I created this type of atmosphere to my students can
meet their potential and I provided a safe
environment where students are invited to share
their ideas and learning without fear or hesitation. In
my class, I'm focusing of five essential elements that
are conducive to learning:
7. First, my role is to act as a guide.
Second, students must have access to hands-on
activities.
Third, make students to be able to choices and let
their curiosity direct their learning.
Fourth, Students need the opportunity to practice
their skills in a safe environment. Last one, using
technology in the class
8.
9. I am very enthusiastic to back and work with my
students. They are at the age when they are just
starting to consider who they are and where they want
to go in life, and I believe that this is one of the most
important periods in personal development.
Adolescent students are fragile, they thirst for
acceptance, encouragement, and recognition, and their
hopes can be easily dashed with a wrong word or a
disappointing outcome. These characteristics bring a
positive challenge to teaching in a preparatory schools
10. • I want to be a positive role model and cheerleader
for my students to be a listening ear, a
knowledgeable resource and a collaborator for
problem solving in class. I also want to give my
students some level of independence in relationship
to the work that they are doing in class at this age,
the majority of students desire more responsibility
and control over their own success. I want to
provide opportunities for them to build these skills
while they are in my class.
11. • On my view, I believe that a good relationship
between a preparatory school teacher and his
students is built on a strong foundation of mutual
understanding, respect and trust. The teacher must
be the first to open the doors of good
communication because not all students and their
parents will show that initiative.
• He must be willing to communicate his own
expectations to the class. When both the teacher and
students understand each other’s goals and points of
view, the building blocks of mutual respect are
developed.
