This study examines the effectiveness of group work in improving relationships among grade 9 students in Aiysha AL Rasybia School. A questionnaire was distributed to 68 female students from grades 9/1 and 9/2 to analyze how group work impacts understanding and acceptance between students. The findings showed group work led to an essential improvement in student relationships and a greater sense of understanding and accepting others. It is recommended to increase the use of group work activities to further improve student relationships. Additional research applying different types of group activities could compare their influence on building relationships.
