This document summarizes the objectives and agenda of a faculty meeting at Molave Vocational Technical School. The objectives are to provide quality education for all, implement curricular initiatives for different learners, and nurture committed leaders. Improve the MPS in all subject areas and all grade
levels by observing Time on Task and maximizing the
utilization of the 180 contact days.

No teachers and school heads are allowed to
transact business at the Division Office from
Monday-Wednesday. They are expected to be in their
respective schools during these days.
This is not only a Division policy but a Regional policy
as well. Division personnel will not entertain teachers
during these days.

we will adhere to the CSC rules but in the case of
school heads, their ability to manage their schools’
MOOE will be one consideration.
