Venous malformations (VMs) were seen in different parts of the body of a 9-year-old boy who presented with bleeding per rectum. Photos showed VMs in the lower limb, buttocks, penis, and toes. VMs are the most common type of congenital vascular malformation, present at birth, and often symptomatic. The boy's bleeding could have been related to an internal VM of the bowel. VMs can be challenging to diagnose and are often confused with hemangioma in terminology and imaging.
