This document summarizes a case of multifocal choroiditis and panuveitis (MCP) in a 10-year-old female patient. The patient presented with right eye pain and photophobia for 2 months that was unresponsive to various medications. Examination found anterior uveitis and chorioretinal lesions in both eyes consistent with MCP. The patient was started on steroid treatment and showed gradual improvement over time, though MCP often has a chronic recurring course. MCP involves inflammation of the choroid and anterior uvea, distinguished from similar conditions by the presence of vitritis and new lesion development.
