The Mazovian In-Service Teacher Training Centre (MSCDN) is a regional educational institution that provides training to over 101,000 teachers across 7 districts in Mazovia, Poland. MSCDN was accredited in 2007 and offers qualifications courses, conferences, seminars and workshops to inspire and train teachers. The Siedlce department of MSCDN specifically serves 5 districts, training over 9,000 teachers annually across various subject areas through different forms of in-service programs. MSCDN plays an important role in the Polish educational system by supporting teachers and schools to implement reforms.
