AFES will perform preventive maintenance of 11kV switchgear, transformers, and cables at various hub and MSC sites. This will include detailed inspections, testing, cleaning, servicing, and checking of components like circuit breakers, relays, meters, bushings, terminals, nuts/bolts, cables, and fuses. Proper operation and calibration of equipment will be ensured through simulated tests under working conditions.

2. • AFES is determined to deliver cost effective solutions in hub/major hub and MSC sites as per below
mentioned SOW.
Preventive maintenance of 11 kva Switchgear (VCB/OCB etc)
• Detailed inspection & checking of 11 kva switch gear of different make I,e siemens ,Alstom ,Areva ,
Medinsha etc ,installed at MSC / MGW locations will be done bi manually
• Checking and greasing of mechanical system
• Cleaning of excitation unit and checking of connection
• Blowing of alternator and greasing
• Checking of Nuts / bolts & bus par tightening
• Checking and testing of oil
• Operational checking & overhauling of circuit breaker

3.  Checking of relay
 Checking of earth fault and over current
 Meggering of HT incoming and outgoing cable for insulation damages
 Checking of HT termination kits
 Cleaning of transformer parts including bushing ,lightening arrestor ,phase terminal points ,power cable etc by blowers
 Checking of ammeters ,voltmeter ,energy meters etc ,including all equipment installed in 11 KV switchgear cabinets
 Checking of magnetic contactors ,circuit breakers & fuses
 Checking of transformer moisture
 Servicing of VCB ,contacts ,associated trolley
 Operation under simulated service condition to ensure accuracy of wiring ,correctness of control scheme & proper fluctuation of the
equipment
 All wiring and current carrying part shall be given appropriate High Voltage test
 Primary current and voltage shall be applied to all instrument transformers
 Routine test shall be carried out on all equipment such as breaker , instrument transforms , relays ,meters ,transducers
