The three videos I choose to watch were Horse Power Farm, Lakeside Orchards,
and Ayotte Farm. Horse Power Farm is located in Penobscot, Maine and owned by
Paul Birdsall. The distinguishing features are on the farm s focus for producing
vegetables and timber, and relying on their horses instead of machinery. Paul s farmis
specifically a mixed practice as they do have a tractor, but draft horses are the key
component. Another unique aspect of this farm is that as Paul said, training

Anywhere but Here Have you ever wanted to get in your car and just drive until
you find somewhere to start over? I m sure this has crossed the minds of most
people. For me, the first time I got the urge was when I was around eighteen years
old. I had gotten into an argument with my parents and decided to jump in my
little blue Honda and drive off to take my mind off things. I drove down Babcock
Road, and just kept driving. Well I hadn t ever driven into the country area of Palm
Bay before, which is considered the Grant area. I was amazed with how beautiful it

Stereotypes In The Film Remember The Titans
Remember the Titans is a deeply impactful and motivation movie. Set during the
1970s when segregation and integration were hot topics, the film largely focuses
on prejudice. One of the most impactful scenes from the movie when Gerry Bertier
is laying in his hospital bed right after his life altering car accident and the only
person he wants to see is his newfound best friend Julius Campbell . At the
beginning of the movie, both boys are very unwilling to get to know each other
even the slightest bit considering the stressful time they were going through with

Teaching Strategies For Student Involvement Essay
The students in this class are fifteen to seventeen year olds with one eighteen year
old. I applied my Content and Pedagogy PGE to this lesson using teaching strategies
I acquired at the Argument Writing Workshop. For example, I began with an
icebreaker called This or That, reading aloud a series of controversial statements.
Students who agreed with a statement moved to one side of the room; those who
disagreed moved to the other side. Then students took turns explaining their choices. I
also incorporated close reading strategies covered at the workshop. I applied my
Assessment PGE, using Lexile scores to select texts and initially group students. One
goal for the featured lesson was for students to learn the language of argument writing
(claim, counterclaim, ethos, logos, pathos, etc.). I also wanted students to deduce an
author s position in a text, cite supporting evidence, and analyze text to identify
rhetorical devices. I assessed the featured lesson by observing student involvement in
the discussions and reading the notes students took over the course of the unit. The
final assessment was for each student to write an argument essay on illegal
immigration. The broader context for this lesson was for students to think critically,
work collaboratively, and use effective communication skills. I also wanted students
to consider real world problems and gain respect for differing viewpoints often based

care for the interest of the youth ,and children are susceptible to be manipulated

Fundamentally, the main concept of the premises is the notion of causality. Demea
argues that everything must have a cause since it is not possible for anything to
produce itself. Therefore, in the nature of the universe, we either regress infinitely or
