This document discusses technology integration and professional development models for teachers, as well as adult learning theory. It provides guidelines for adopting teacher technology competencies, which should be linked to pedagogical skills and described understandably. Professional development models include workshops, hands-on labs, train-the-trainer, and online courses. Adult learning theory suggests that professional development works best when it allows adults voice and choice, connects to their experience, and has clear goals.
