Designing Enhanced Learning Activities
Networked Teacher Model (Couros, 2008)
Networked student Model (Drexler 2010)
Globally, educational systems are adopting new technologies to integrate ICT in the teaching and learning process, to prepare students with the knowledge and skills they need in their subject matter. In this way the teaching profession is evolving from teacher- centered to student- centered learning environments. ICT integration is understood as the usage of technology seamlessly for educational processes like transacting curricular content and students working on technology to do authentic tasks.
Nowadays ICT facilitate not only the delivery of lessons but also the learning process itself. This includes computer based technologies, digital imaging, the internet, file servers, data storage devices, network infrastructure, desktops, laptops and broadcasting technologies namely radio and television, and telephone which are used as instructional tools at schools.
After a comprehensive review, Information Technology Services (ITS) has created a simplified and consolidated framework of policies and procedures. These new resources provide UQ’s staff and students with clearly defined roles and responsibilities in relation to UQ’s ICT resources.
All original policies have been withdrawn and replaced by three new policies (effective immediately):
Information and Communication Technology Policy
Cyber Security Policy
Information Management Policy.
ITS also developed six procedures and one framework to support these policies:
Information and Communication Technology Procedure
Cyber Security Exceptions Procedure
Destruction of Records Procedure
Email and Bulk Messaging Procedure
Information Security Classification Procedure
Software Asset Management Procedure
Information Governance and Management Framework. The deployment of ICT into Education will result in the creation of new possibilities for learners and teachers to engage in new ways of information acquisition and analysis. ICT will enhance access to education and improve the quality of education delivery on equitable basis.

Implement computer science classes.
Use Multimedia for creative presentations.
Target small group learning via online programs.
Rapidly developing technological advances in this era have led to multiple
convergences of content, computing, dissemination, communication and distribution.
Leveraged by human capacity, this has led to the creation of the current popular
advantages referred to as ‘Information and Communication Technology (ICT)’.
Combination of technologies have brought rapid changes in some areas, predominantly
in knowledge management, covering aspects of knowledge creation, processing,
storage, sharing, dissemination, collaboration and human resource development, in the
level of education and training as well as work output and productivity. To overcome
the lag in adoption of ICT in the country, the Government of Cambodia has committed
to the development of a National Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
Policy that will build on existing government initiatives and support in achieving
Vision 2015. As a consequence of implementing Policy 2015, it is anticipated that
Cambodia will benefit from persistent growth in the digital era, by serving as a key
mechanism in the achievement
National ICT Vision:
With a unique mélange of historical magnetism and geography, Cambodia is
well placed to become a globally competitive, knowledge and information
based society, capable of providing ICT-based solutions to enhance
sustainable socio-economic development.
The presentation is brief presentation which requires elaboration as per users experience and need of the students. It is about how ict can be integrated in education, what are general online and offline tools which can be used.

Ethics in e-Learning: Dimensions And ConsiderationsEisa Rezaei
e-learning is a multidimensional phenomenon; the educational models generally tend to disregard ethics
The aim of this paper is not only to demonstrate that ethical issues are really committed with the e-learning process, but also to design a model, where ethics should be present in all phases of e-learning.

Teaching And Learning Models in MOOCs
The pedagogy of the MOOC
cMOOC
Driven by principles of pedagogic innovation within a network, disaggregated mode of social learning.
xMOOC
Institutionally-focused, characterised by a pedagogy short on social contact and based on video-lecture content with automated assessment.
bMOOC
blended MOOCs (bMOOCs) that aim at bringing in-class (i.e. face-to-face) interactions and online learning components together have emerged as an alternative MOOC model of teaching and learning in a higher education context
quasi-MOOCs
Quasi-MOOCs offer web-based tutorials such as those by Khan Academy and MIT’s OpenCourseware (OCW). They consist of “open education resources” supporting learning specific tasks that do not offer the social interaction of cMOOCs or the automated grading and tutorial-driven format of xMOOCs

This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

Advantages and Limitations TEL
3. Five perceptions about TEL:
1. TEL is a synonym for any sort of educational technologies
2. TEL is a synonym for e-learning
3. TEL can refer to technology-enhanced classrooms
4. TEL can express an attitude in favor of "seamless" (or integrated)
interactive learning environments.
5. TEL can mean learning with technology (with cognitive tools) as
opposed to learning by/through technology.

Typologies of cognitive tools (Jonassen & Carr, 2000)
22. Many of the studies reviewed concentrated on the means:
replicating and supplementing existing teaching. Fewer
considered the second aim - how.
Kirkwood, Adrian and Price, Linda (2014). Technology-enhanced learning and teaching in higher
education: what is ‘enhanced’ and how do we know? A critical literature review. Learning, Media and
Technology, 39(1) pp. 6–36.
23. Advantages TEL
•Information can be accessed in a unique way
•Due to the technological interaction some pupils
remember things better
•Possible to do, and experience, things that cannot be
done in lessons by any other means
There are many advantages associated with technology enhanced learning,
some of these include:
24. Limitations TEL
•Volume and cost of hardware and software – eg. have you
got enough tablets for each member of the class to have
one?
•Reliability; problems with battery life and wifi connections
•pupils get distracted from learning by the interaction with
something technological
•Staff knowledge
There are a number of limitations and problems associated with Technology
Enhanced Learning:
25. Future of Technology
According to a recent Futurelab report, by 2020, digital technology will be
embedded and distributed in most objects.
I agree that the personalization of learning opportunities is an
important direction of future technology-enhanced learning
approaches.

A better question is: how can we design technology that enhances learning, and how can we measure that enhancement?
Nowadays students are autonomously being exposed to what is called ‘Informal Education’ through the use of modern technology.

مرحله 2- اوج حباب انتظارات (Peak of inflated expectation):
