DESIGN OF LOW POWER PHASE LOCKED LOOP (PLL) USING 45NM VLSI TECHNOLOGYVLSICS Design
Power has become one of the most important paradigms of design convergence for multi gigahertz communication systems such as optical data links, wireless products, microprocessor & ASIC/SOC designs. POWER consumption has become a bottleneck in microprocessor design. The core of a microprocessor, which includes the largest power density on the microprocessor. In an effort to reduce the power consumption of the circuit, the supply voltage can be reduced leading to reduction of dynamic and static power consumption. Lowering the supply voltage, however, also reduces the performance of the circuit, which is usually unacceptable. One way to overcome this limitation, available in some application domains, is to replicate the circuit block whose supply voltage is being reduced in order to maintain the same throughput .This paper introduces a design aspects for low power phase locked loop using VLSI technology. This phase locked loop is designed using latest 45nm process technology parameters, which in turn offers high speed performance at low power. The main novelty related to the 45nm technology such as the high-k gate oxide ,metal-gate and very low-k interconnect dielectric described. VLSI Technology includes process design, trends, chip fabrication, real circuit parameters, circuit design, electrical characteristics, configuration building blocks, switching circuitry, translation onto silicon, CAD, practical experience in layout design

one of the famous Silicon Valley golden rules which state “Higher the clock frequency, Greater the power consumption”. Digging deep into deep submicron CMOS technology, there are design and power management challenges present for Analog and Mixed Signal devices such as PLL and it is very much important to optimize PLL to create a successful and power optimized system. Here, ALF CP PLL is designed in a way that it can operate on low supply voltage but with a 20% reduction in the overall power consumption. The PLL output frequency can be tuned from 80 MHz to 330 MHz and at 350 MHz PLL consumes 190μW at 1V of supply.
How can variables be measured in environments that are too hot, too cold, or moving too fast for traditional circuit-based sensors? A new technology for obtaining multiple, real-time measurements under extreme environmental conditions is being developed under Phase 1 and 2 funding contracts from NASA's Kennedy Space Center’s Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program. Opportunities for early deployment licensing and Phase 3 STTR contracts are now being accepted.
Passive, remote measuring systems can be created using new Orthogonal Frequency Code (OFC) multiplexing techniques and specially developed, next-generation SAW sensors. As a result, very cost-effective applications such as spaceflight sensing (for instance, temperature, pressure, or acceleration monitoring), remote cryogenic fluid level sensing, or an almost limitless number of other rigorous monitoring applications are possible.
In our project, we propose a novel architecture which generates the test patterns with reduced switching activities. LP-TPG (Test pattern Generator) structure consists of modified low power linear feedback shift register (LP-LFSR), m-bit counter; gray counter, NOR-gate structure and XOR-array. The m-bit counter is initialized with Zeros and which generates 2m test patterns in sequence. The m-bit counter and gray code generator are controlled by common clock signal [CLK]. The output of m-bit counter is applied as input to gray code generator and NOR-gate structure. When all the bits of counter output are Zero, the NOR-gate output is one. Only when the NOR-gate output is one, the clock signal is applied to activate the LP-LFSR which generates the next seed. The seed generated from LP-LFSR is Exclusive–OR ed with the data generated from gray code generator. The patterns generated from the Exclusive–OR array are the final output patterns. The proposed architecture is simulated using Modelsim and synthesized using Xilinx ISE 13.2 and it will be implemented on XC3S500e Spartan 3E FPGA board for hardware implementation and testing. The Xilinx Chip scope tool will be used to test the FPGA inside results while the logic running on FPGA.
Filtering is an important mitigation technique for suppressing undesired conducted electromagnetic interference, when a system incorporates shielding, undesired coupling caused by radiated EMI is reduced. Conventional filter analysis and design assumes idealized and simplified conditions. These assumptions are not completely valid in many EMI filter because of unavoidable and severe impedance mismatch. Classical passive filter theory is well developed for communication circuits, where one can operate under impedance-matched conditions. Such filter characteristics are evaluated with 50Ω terminations. Filter evaluated with this procedure may behave differently when used in a circuit, where the impedance presented by the circuit to the filters is not exactly 50Ω. Now a day, digital signals are mostly used to avoid such EMI effects. These are caused by the capacitors, inductors, which are also part of the filtering circuits. Filter design using software, like MATLAB is very useful in avoiding hardware, is highly immune to noise and possesses considerable parameter stability, can be operated over a wide range of frequencies. The frequency response can be changed by changing the filter coefficients and can minimize the Insertion loses (IL).

Courier management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
It is now-a-days very important for the people to send or receive articles like imported furniture, electronic items, gifts, business goods and the like. People depend vastly on different transport systems which mostly use the manual way of receiving and delivering the articles. There is no way to track the articles till they are received and there is no way to let the customer know what happened in transit, once he booked some articles. In such a situation, we need a system which completely computerizes the cargo activities including time to time tracking of the articles sent. This need is fulfilled by Courier Management System software which is online software for the cargo management people that enables them to receive the goods from a source and send them to a required destination and track their status from time to time.
Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
Sachpazis:Terzaghi Bearing Capacity Estimation in simple terms with Calculati...Dr.Costas Sachpazis
Terzaghi's soil bearing capacity theory, developed by Karl Terzaghi, is a fundamental principle in geotechnical engineering used to determine the bearing capacity of shallow foundations. This theory provides a method to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of soil, which is the maximum load per unit area that the soil can support without undergoing shear failure. The Calculation HTML Code included.

Cosmetic shop management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. The information needed to alleviate this problem is on the back of each product, but it's thought to interpret those ingredient lists unless you have a background in chemistry.
Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. It should help the employees to quickly identify the list of cosmetic product that have reached the minimum quantity and also keep a track of expired date for each cosmetic product. It should help the employees to find the rack number in which the product is placed. It is also Faster and more efficient way.
