does not meet the standards set by the system, they would have to be retrained or
given another task. With this labor waste elimination system in place, stores may cut
labor expenses but at the price of a critical retail objective, the customer experience.
II.Highlights:
There are pros and cons to the system. Some customers and employees like it, but
most of them don t.
It is true that store labor is a major expense, but it is worth the cost because it is the
only customer contact for many retailers. The cashiers are the face of the company.
I think that fashion retailers should never use this monitoring system because
cashiers should not be pressured to focus on speed, but rather on customer
interactions. In many cases, 100% of the customer s human interaction with the

Tchaikovsky Personal Statement
I grew up going to Wichita schools until the sixth grade, and from there onto high
school I went to Eureka, which is a little over an hour northeast of Wichita. This is
my fourth and last semester here at Butler, and I will be attending WSU come
spring time. I ve been working as a server at Red Lobster for over three years now.
I am a Spanish major and will be adding a minor in Russian as well once I transfer
over to WSU. I aspire to be an interpreter, or a translator (but preferably an
interpreter), and eventually work with the CIA or UN. I m highly considering joining
the Peace Corps after graduation before any of that though, and spend some time

I really love facts, so I look forward to gaining tidbits and information about the
songs I ve been listening to for years. Just overall better understand and appreciate
music in general, but really this genre. Tchaikovsky is one of my favorite
composers, I ve been in love with his Nutcracker Suite for as long as I can
remember, so I would love to learn more about him and his music. I find the British
invasion and how it drastically changed our culture fascinating, so I wouldn t mind
learning more about that. I ve recently started getting into the 40s so I would love
to learn about more musicians/composers like Glenn Miller, Billie Holiday, Nat

Perugino s Delivery Of The Keys To Saint Peter
The Italian Renaissance exported a ton of artwork of paintings, portraits, and
sculptures with a twist. The artwork that was being put out started defining new
areas of art that separated it from the medieval artwork. Artist started to get more
detail by trying to make a sculpture of people in a painting/portrait accurate. Another
thing the artist did was turning 2 D pictures into 3 deminsonal, giving it life. Pietro
Perugino s paintings captures the new territories these artist are exploring to bring
life and a deeper meaning to the picture, like Perugino s Delivery of the Keys to
Saint Peter. To any Renaissancepaintings there are seven characteristics that the
painting may have. Perugino s painting displays two of these characteristics... Show
Perugino uses individualism by the characteristics he gave the apostle in the
foreground. For the most part each person has a different physical feature then the
ones around them and wears different clothing to show that they are them. The
apostles do not blend in with each other or the people in the middle ground. Perugino
put a space between Christ and his apostle to stand him out more. Giving him this
space puts a white background all around him making more of an emphasis on his
importance and why he has the key to heaven. A bit of classicism can be seen in the
buildings on each side of the church. The building had a Greek/Roman structure. Both
buildings are symmetrical, have columns, and are presented well organized.
Secularism is not presented in this artwork because although the painting is religious,
there not aspects of the government being separated from the religion. A similar idea
goes with humanism. The focus of the painting shows no interest in favoring
freedom, but the peasants in the middle ground does. In the middle ground, to the
right of the key, there are people roaming free and having fun which backs up some of
the humanistic concept the humanist believe and the changes the Renaissance

BACKGROUND
Mishel s Uncertainty of Illness Theory is a middle range theory (Black, 2014). This
means the theory is not overly broad or narrow. The theory was developed from
studying men with prostate cancer who were watchfully waiting for the advancing
signs of their disease (Black, 2014). The theory has three main components, which
incorporate: the antecedents of uncertainty, impaired cognitive appraisal, and coping
with uncertainty in illness (Neville, 2003). The antecedents of Mishel s theory are the
stimulus frame, cognitive capacities and event congruence (Neville, 2003). The
stimulus frame concerns three parts including: symptom pattern, event familiarity
and event congruency (Neville, 2003). Symptom pattern may be when symptoms of

The candidates for the study were men who are 65 and older with a low stage and
grade prostate disease. The UMI study used a system of nursing telephone follow up
care to help patients with their psychosocial and educational disease needs (Kazer,
Whittemore, Baily, 2010). The nursing intervention with the patients focused on
helping the patients examine illness related events and restructure their beliefs... to

quality of life in patients with head and neck cancer in pre and post treatment periods.
Suzuki intended to discover whether patients with head and neck cancer experience
less uncertainty when they think they are able to express their concerns to their
doctor. Also, Suzuki wanted to assess if the patients experienced less uncertainty
when involved with treatment decision making and sufficient information about
