Mastery Objectives Agenda<br />Bring the following for yourself and all members of your PLC:  <br />a.) A copy of your mastery objectives for the following week (template attached)b.) A copy of your exit tickets questions for the following week (template attached)<br />Objectives:  <br />-Write clear and concise mastery objectives that define both what the students will know/do AND how you will measure mastery<br />-Evaluate whether your exit ticket questions measure your mastery objective<br />-Collaborate with colleagues on practice regarding mastery objectives<br />Agenda:<br />1 minute:  Teams Decide on Roles – 3-4 people per group<br />Time keeper<br />Facilitator – keep focus, guides discussion<br />Process Observer…to pay attention to whether or not everyone stuck to the protocol and any ways to improve the process for next time.<br />40 minutes:  Share out.<br />1 minute:  Process observer shares what could be better next time<br /> <br />Round Robin Share Out Teacher  Share Out (7 minutes each)<br />Below are guiding questions for presenters:<br />1.  What are your mastery objectives for the week?<br />2.  How did you define mastery for each objective and why?<br />3.  Does your exit ticket clearly measure your mastery objective?<br />4.  How will your “I, We, and You” reflect your mastery objective to get students to master your exit ticket question?<br />5.
