of repetitive queries, execution gaps while maintaining optimum output quality
 Solution should show positive outcomes within 3 months and should result in client satisfaction
and gain recognition
Solution
 Brain storming session with core execution team have produced results, and helped in identifying 6
improvement areas, repository, automation, evaluation, communication, trainings and
recommendations
 Profound assessment and benchmarking of already implemented solutions helped in identifying
most suitable combination of solutions which would address all the improvement areas within
the pre-defined timeline and will also lead to client satisfaction and recognition
Implementation
 Combination of solutions which were implemented for Health Plus, Lifeline Vision and Medico
Ind, would check in all the improvement areas and would be the most suitable solution
 It would create knowledge repository, would automate query template, will reduce queries
by 80%, will maintain high quality standards, will help team with process and
communication trainings along with managerial evaluation of queries and possible
recommendation for new queries
 Implementation cost: ~ USD 80,000
 Implementation Duration: ~ 18 – 20 days
