Initially when Booker’s Adda out it wasn’t easy for us to
earn the trust of customer.
The discomfort of paying by cards , on account of security
fears another challenge.
 Thus we have introduced an option of ‘Cash on Delivery
i.e. “COD”.
 The fact that highest numbers of orders are registered
during weekends proves to be a tough time for logistics
and customer service.
 The fact we have to work 24*7 and the customer perception
around it also bring some difficulty.
