 Sources are more likely to have been
written or developed by experts, who
are identified.
 More efficient; specific search engines.
 “Deep web search gives you a lot of in
depth information on the particular
subject that you need to research were
as free web gives you breadth.”

12. WHEN YOU GRADUATE, HOW WILL YOU FIND
RELIABLE INFORMATION TO INFORM YOUR OPINIONS
OR TO LEARN MORE TRENDS IN YOUR PROFESSION?
 Government websites
 Professional organizations, websites, and journals
 “When I graduate with my degree in animal science
…and inevitably go on to veterinary school I plan on
using scholarly websites as well as government
websites, medical journals, books, etc. to help aid
me in my research. For veterinarians the Journal of
Animal Science, as well as the AAEP (American
