I have worked in libraries (public, special, school, and academic) for the past 16 years. I currently serve as the Head of Library Learning Services at Penn State University Libraries, which is a role that provides leadership and support for our teaching and learning team. My ultimate goal is to serve in library administration and impact the profession by contributing new ideas and strategies related to helping organizations remain flexible, nimble, and innovative during times of rapid change.
