 To handle a team of 8 members effectively and to come up with various plans to achieve
Organizational Goals.
 Transitioning of new processes and working on the documentation of those.
 To act as a single global supplier providing data administration, process integration and
governance for the client.
 To Handle Payroll for Microsoft India single handedly for more than 2200 employees and also
Support other APAC Countries.
 To execute process Controls (Key Controls and Operational Controls) in a timely and accurate
manner.
 Working on Automation projects to eliminate all the manual work to eliminate the risk or
errors and issues.
 Identifying process gaps and come up with Innovation plans to make sure zero escalations.
