AN ABSTRACT
Delivery & Account Management:
I have led Enterprise application implementation teams for the past 8 years for reputed US Healthcare
Software Provider organizations like Allscripts, American Healthtech, Cerner, HMS, and Medhost and also
have led development teams for Alcatel lucent, and McKesson. I have developed customer-specific agile
methodologies for several organizations, most recently for American Healthtech, and Allscripts. I have been
a participant in numerous sales efforts as an expert in software delivery especially Estimation, Business
Roadmap, Delivery Strategy, Risk Analysis and organizational planning.
As an Account Manager, for our customers, I have performed program forensics related to estimates, actual
and forecasted delivery with focus on how to accelerate programs , development and implementation
teams. Typical engagements are for program management of 75-150 resources with project budgets ranging
from $2M to $120M. Program teams are comprised of business analysts, technical architects, solution
designers, Project Leads, Software developers, quality assurance testers, and business subject matter
experts.
I am a recognized delivery professional and thought-leader within my company’s US Healthcare Practice
dept.; personally responsible for the successful implementation fastest IT projects delivery in US regions
cutting across product lines. I am a key contributor to the development, extension, and implementation of
our own Software System implementation methodology tailor made as per Customer requirement.
Pre Sales:
Manage the Global Presales, Solutions and Alliances functions
• Coordinating with presales and solution consultants for proposal response and solution design. In
addition, drive proactive demand generation through mining existing accounts, cross selling and
up-selling existing accounts and driving new business development activities with the front line
sales teams on the ground.
• Managing alliances with global technology vendors including HP, Microsoft and others. Activities
along with the partners include driving joint go to market plans at the globe, creating strong value

CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for Delivery & Account Management, Presales and Solution Consulting – for Healthcare
Practice and IT related services in US @ Safaltek India Pvt Ltd.
• Hire project leads and interface analysts to delivery Healthcare solutions for Interoperability.
• Work with clients and project leads to schedule and deliver the backlog of interface.
• Work with Support team to plan, manage, and control defect handling process for BI
Implementations, Upgrades and Historical Loads.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Plan and Achieve resource & bench utilization and billing targets
• Monitor Project plans and supervise Project Leads to ensure company customer expectations are
met and interface projects are delivered in line with the overall implementation schedule.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure that add on customers under Healthcare IT Services are
defined, scheduled and addressed appropriately.
