Job Responsibilities–SeniorProjectAccountingAnalyst /Revenue Analyst
 Creating new projects in the area of Fixed Price,Time & Material as per the requirement between the
country and the customer.
 Supporting ConsultingOperations of OracleCorporation for APAC, EMEA,AMER & LAD
 Validation of customer ID,credit check, bill to and ship to address
 Requesting Customer Data Desk to create the customer address in the Data base.
 Validate Contract and upload the same in IPM (Imaging Process Management)
 Performing UBR (Unbilled Revenue) analysis.
 Coordinating with Country operations managers of different countries in order to solve the consulting
revenue & projects related issues.
 Processing FPLA reports
 Carrying out Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly close for consulting business operations.
 Maintain Bill Rateschedules and overrides/discounts wherenecessary by projects,task and employee.
 Validating the PO, PO# and checking the validity of the PO.
 Internal Auditing and Handling Queries of Statutory auditors.
 Identify inactive projects and inform the Project Manager on the same.
 Processing / transferring / deleting time & expenses for consultants.
 Working Closely with IT professionals to resolve the bugs that arise during processing.
 Transfers & Closureof project if it is expired or if no more used by the customer.
Additional Responsibilities:
 Testing on the new applications.
 Documentation to standardizethe process.
 When the process got automated, was involved in testing
 Taking up New Responsibility and been back-up always for the Team.
Other initiatives:
 Conducting trainingfor the new joiners in the team.
 Direct contact/conversation with the clients (US).
 Root CauseAnalysis on the errors and the problem faced in the process.
 Taken initiativeand given process improvement ideas.
 PreparingDash board reports for the team on monthly & quarterly basis.
