He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

• Choose “Databases (A-Z)”
3. Choose “Web of Science” from the list of electronic databases
4. • Select the “Web of Science Core Collection” from the drop down tab
• From the “Basic Search” drop down arrow choose “Author Search”
5. • Enter the Author’s last name and initials
• Click on “Select Research Domain”
6. • Tick the relevant box for the “Research Domain”
• Click “Select Organization”
7. • Choose the relevant organisation(s) associated with
the author
• Click “Finish Search”
9. • Remove unwanted items from the list by checking the box and clicking “Go”
(If necessary, items can also be restricted by publication year.)
• The h-index is located in “Results found”
