The results of our survey, Local Digital Today 2014, are in:
• Respondents had saved on average £1.4m for their organisation through digital
- £335k more than last year.
When asked what would be of most value to the sector…
• 94% of respondents said a set of common standards to enable data
sharing across local services.
• 89% said a common form of ID assurance.
• 65% said a ‘local digital service’.
