by 18 million between 2012 and 2022, reaching 163 million by 2022. The
workforce will be older and more culturally diverse than at any time in the past 40
years (Noe, 2017, p. 22). The workforce is aging. The Baby Boomers (born in 1946
to 1964) are still in the workforce unable to retire. According to Noe (2017), in
2012, 65% was comprised of 55 years and older. The percentage of 55 years and
older will remain almost constant in 2022 with 63%. With multi generational
workforce, some employees will prefer either Traditional or Technology based

Bit strings composed of zeros and ones are the most usual way to represent, change
and communicate information. This data however s subject to errors due to a
variety of factors, such as deterioration of magnetic tape over time, or a scratch on
a CD or DVD. Coding theory uses techniques that can help find the errors. However
if there are too many errors, the techniques may not always work. One of the first
techniques is the error detecting codes, which adds a parity check bit to the end of
the bit string. The idea is to add an extra bit to the end of the code to make it either
even or odd. For example, if there are an even numbers of 1 s, a 0 is added to the
end of the string, and if there are an odd number of 1 s then a 1 is added to the end

Isaac Barrow (October 1630 4 May 1677) was an English Christian theologian and
mathematician who is generally given credit for his early role in the development of
infinitesimal calculus; in particular, for the discovery of the fundamental theorem of
calculus. His work centered on the properties of the tangent; Barrow was the first to
calculate the tangents of the kappa curve.Isaac Newton was a student of Barrow s,
and Newton went on to develop calculus in a modern form. The lunar crater Barrow
is named after him.

The American Dream is a well known concept and idea that many immigrants and
Americans strived for in order to become successful. Unlike most countries where
rising from rags to riches was highly uncommon and a hopeless dream, America
was a place for people to work hard and achieve their dreams. Carl Sandburg was a
very influential poet who came from very humble beginnings under immigrant
parents who had moved to America. He believed in an ordered society where people
could strive and accomplish what they chose without being influenced by the
majority of the country. To achieve the American Dream, Sandburg had to travel
across the States, overcome challenging experiences, such as searching for
newspapers to work for, keeping a job, and dealing with the death of his daughter
Madeline. His AmericanDreamof becoming a successful poet, journalist, and goal of
leaving a lasting legacy only became reality after many years of hard work and
perseverance.
To begin, there are not many people who can say that their childhood started with

treasure. He later pursues finding this treasure with the help of many other
characters, and develops into a well rounded, knowledgeable person. Paulo Coelho
explains that if an individual keeps dreaming about one s treasure, not only should
one go and find it but also learn from your journey as one gets there. Paulo Coelho
shows how Santiago overcomes his obstacles, in order to seek his treasure and
defeat the challenges he must face to get to his treasure and as well as
incorporating other characters to help him alongside with his travels. Santiago
dreams of an unknown desire that awaits him. One of his helpers is a crystal
merchant. The man turns out to be the king of Salem. Santiago starts to tell him
about the dreams he keeps having, and the old king dealt with Santiago. The king
said he would tell him what his treasure is for the price of six sheep. The secret of
happiness is to see all the marvels of the world, and never to forget the drops of oil
on the spoon, proving that getting to Santiago s dreamwill give him new lessons to

Lab Experiment On Catalase
Abstract
Catalase is an enzyme needed to break down hazardous hydrogen peroxide into
nonhazardous oxygen and water. This is needed for organisms as the reaction rate
of the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide is too slow to protect cells against the
oxidation of hydrogen peroxide. The purpose of this experiment is to test the
concentration of hydrogen peroxide on catalase and variation in temperature of
catalase to find the optimal values that will produce the highest rate of products. It
was hypothesized that as the concentration of substrates increases, the reaction rate
will as well. The null hypothesis for this is that the substrate concentration will have
no effect on the reaction rate. For the varying temperature of catalase, it was
hypothesized that as the temperature increases, the reaction rate will increase as well
until the enzyme is denatured. The null hypothesis for this is that varying temperature
will have no effect on the reaction rate. The experiment was completed by using a
10mL graduated cylinder filled with water that collected oxygen gas that was
produced by the reaction. From this experiment, one can see that as the amount of
hydrogen peroxide concentration increases, the rate of the reaction increases as
well. The results support this as the average reaction rate starts at 0.00 mL O2/min
for 0.0% hydrogen peroxide and raises to 38.17 mL O2/min for 0.8% hydrogen
