Given the illustrations of the characters, settings and events of the story, 
the student will sequence the flow of the story based on their understanding of the 
title.

1. Prodigal – means wasteful and extravagant 
2. Squandered – means wasted and misspent 
3. Reckless – means irresponsible and careless 
4. Perish – means to become destroyed or ruined 
5. Compassion – means sympathy and kindheartedness

7. Forgiving – means a person is understanding and considerate
