First,we will ask students some questions
about the film.
 Have you seen the film?
 Who is he? Who is she?
 What is he wearing? What is she

 What is it about?

Then, we will show them the scene. And
after watching it, we will ask them some
other questions related to the topic
“faces”.

 Has he got a nose?

OBJECTIVES  Refer to Didactic Sequence. ACTIVITIES TASK TYPE OF INTERACTION MACROSKILLS TIMING MATERIALS WARM UP Greeting/Date/We will make use of the two characters’ faces in order to remember the vocabulary learnt in previous classes. Whole-class Listening/ Speaking. 10’ Postersand flashcards TASK 1 The studentswill watchashort scene from the filmHome,two or three times (1’20’’). First,we will ask students some questions about the film.  Have you seen the film?  Who is he? Who is she?  What is he wearing? What is she wearing?  What is it about? Whole class Speaking/ Listening. 15’ PPP, video.
  • 2. Then, we will show them the scene. And after watching it, we will ask them some other questions related to the topic “faces”.  What colour is Oh?  How many eyes has Oh got?  Has he got a nose?  Has Tip got hair?  Has she got a big or a small mouth? TASK 2 They will complete with the parts of the face and their colours a picture of the characters. Individual/ Pair Work/ Whole class. Reading/ Writing/ Speaking. 15’ Extra activities provided by trainee teachers. TASK 3/HOMEWORK Theywill have todrawthe missingface parts insome picturesandwrite downthe name of those parts.
