Activities:
As a Warm-upactivitywe are goingto show the studentssome flashcardswithdifferent
imagescorrespondingtothe classestheyattendto.Thenwe will asktheminwhich daysthey have
each subject.
In orderto teachthe daysof the weekwe are goingto show the studentsavideowitha
songto catch theirattention.We will bringthemthe lyricsof the songandwe are goingto repeat
it at leasttwice,sochildren willbe able to singandlearnit.

Once the childrenare familiarwiththe song,we are goingto divide themingroupssoas
to make a role play,followingthe videocharactersandtryingtoimitate us,the teachers.Theywill
use a TPR (singingquiet,singingloud,clappingout,stompingout,singingproud).
To continue withthe topicwe will show themaposterof a traininwhicheach day
correspondstoa differentwagon.Itsaim isto make kidslearnthe daysinisolation.
Anotheractivitywe are goingtodo is givingeachstudentaphotocopyof a caterpillarin
whichtheywill have tofindandpaintthe days of the week.Before that,andto test theirwriting
abilities,we will bringthemacopy in whichtheywill have towrite the namesof the daysfromthe
posterand then,tofill inthe blanks withthe missingletters.
In case we have internetconnection,we propose tofinishthe classplayingagame in
whichthe studentshave toorderchronologicallythe dayssoasa monstercan go up the stairsto
finditsfriend.
