Reasons for participation  Why does somebody participate in sport? Write down as many reasons as you can… Share your ideas with your class and come up with as many reasons as you can
Leading a healthy, active life  There are many factors which help keep somebody  healthy . Alongside a healthy  diet , one of the major factors is  exercise It is recommended that an individual should complete a minimum of  30   minutes of aerobic  (cardiovascular) exercise at least  5 times a week Exercise does not have to be boring. There are hundreds of ways of participating in fun and exciting exercise which leads to  social, mental and physical benefits
