It outlines that laptops, tablets, cameras, and wireless internet capable of supporting hundreds of devices simultaneously will be required from a technology hardware perspective. Various software like word processing, video chatting, and interactive learning games will also be needed. Learning will be blended between home, school, and other locations. Instructional approaches will include the 3P learning model, workshop model, and learning by doing through project-based learning while adhering to constructivist principles and meeting student needs.
