work and are they still appropriate or do they
limit you and your organisation.

Behaviour. How are you choosing to be
in your organisation. In what ways is
your behaviour helping or hindering your
organisation?

Role. How do you see and
embody the role of leader. As a
hero to save everyone and tell
people what to do; or as a
custodian of its purpose and
culture.

Setting Direction. Is your organisation clear on what
its purpose is, how everyone views success and what
needs to be done to get there. And crucially was
everyone involved in clarifying that?

Shaping Culture. The way things are done is
going to be as important in the future as what is
done. As the world changes more and more
people will choose to join organisations that live
and breath their values and purpose.

Allocating resources. Are you focusing your energy
on meeting your purpose or supporting a
bureaucracy? And do those who directly fulfil your
purpose have the most organisational power?
