S1 LEADERSHIP LEAPS is a program at John Paul Academy that aims to promote leadership skills in students. It challenges students to complete personal targets each week related to school, spiritual life, community, and personal development. Examples of targets include attending mass, volunteering, helping at home, improving effort, and completing homework. Students who achieve all 10 weekly targets will receive a certificate and reward. The program is meant to create responsibility and achievement for students' learning and future.

2. S1 LEADERSHIP LEAPS What is ‘Leadership Leaps’? Leadership Leaps is a process developed in John Paul Academy to promote leadership awareness and skills within all our pupils. Why bother? ‘ Leadership Leaps’ will create a ‘buzz’ among a year group, giving pupils a real sense of achievement. You will become more responsible for your learning and your future. Pupils who complete all 10 leaps will have a reward ceremony where they will receive a certificate and enjoy watching a movie. What are examples of My Personal Targets?
