2. INTRODUCTION
Work immersion in teaching in the subject of Edukasyon sa
Pagpapakatao for grade 7 learner's, the one of easiest to understand
using our Filipino native language sometimes there is a bit English
words it can encounter. EsP is one of best subject for learner's who is
upcoming teenager they will encounter their own changes.
It's develop learner's full potential and improve himself also can
find his strength and weaknesses in knowledge, behavioural, and
emotional. Will guide learner's to make their own decisions in good
action to right path way, and for being responsible in freedom it can be
bad or good freedom he will do in the futures. During our class it
encounter of changes in schedule, time of class and sometimes have a
problems but it been solve.
3. THE REASON WHY I CHOOSE THIS
In work immersion I choose teaching no choice but do it by
individual because I am far from school and far from my classmate as
my group for business before I choose teaching. After my journey of a
bit problems and issues, my cousin came back here in Niugan and he
agreed to teach him and the subject is EsP Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao
for easily to understand for my student.
We do our class at home in the house of my student where
his family can monitor him and me as teacher. Providing basic materials
since we're at home feels like homeschool. Sometimes he feels like not
in a mood or matamlay but he is listening and answer my question.
Also in our journey Sometimes our class need to move because they go
back in sangandaan and plus have vacation of swimming. Even though
been move we're still continue to finish the lessons.
4. SUMMARY
NARRATIVE REPORTS
DAY 1 - 10
On our first day we begin the class at 5:30pm but he
is matamlay and the next days we always begin our class
at 7pm, where my student is comfortable also it's not my
only decision to start at 7pm also my student decision
our time is match. As I thought he is comfortable, he
answered my question and finish his activities sometimes
its difficult to encounter for him the activities a. It difficult
to finish it just like in lesson#6 it's fill in the blank he skip
other numbers and back to answer it but he still got low
scores rather than in other activities where he have
interest an easiest to answer.

ACHIEVEMENTS
DAY 1 - 10
I already submit my lesson plan before I
begin my teaching for my student. My
student and I teacher successfully to finish
our class and his activities. Also have short
video, and 3 pictures every class days. And
We success to finish the 10 days of
teaching.
6. SUMMARY
ISSUES FACED WITH CORRESPONDING SOLUTIONS
DAY 1 - 10
My student's is matamlay but I found something he
can enjoy and easier for him to answer with his interest as
I thought he likes it. He answer my questions a bit faster
than before. Also Before my teaching day, I saw some of
his files or PPT no activities and I decided to create my
own Activities after my mentor's help and approval.
Sometimes we can't continue our class on that day but we
have solution is to move the class day, where our time and
day are match. In lesson#10 the last class day, no files/PPT
or lesson or topic to teach him then mentor help me, I
decided we do the balik-aral and Activity of summative
test.
7. SUMMARY
SUCCESS STORY
I success to finish our 10 days of teaching, 10
lesson plans even thought we encounter problems
but it's solve. My student success to finish his
Summative and success that he learned from our
lesson during day 1 to day 10 he got high score.
Also I success to finish my narrative reports, edit
short videos and have 3 pictures during day 1 to 10.
And I finish my portfolio in work immersion before
April 17.
8. SUMMARY
MY JOURNALS
I REALIZE, MY FEELINGS AND MY THOUGHTS in Teaching
isn't easy even though you only have 1 students to teach, because if
you saw your student is matamlay you feel like you don't want to
continue the lesson but as a teacher is our responsibility to continue
the class days even something like that's happened, we do our best
to make learner's or student learn. We thought something to make
students happy or have energy with their interest. As I thought if my
student's like the lesson he have energy and if he likes the activities
he finished it early but if the activity is a bit difficult he back to
matamlay, for learners there is no easy to answer and finished it early
this is one of his lesson he learned. And I also learned that teaching is
one of my strength but still have weaknesses I encounter because I
still need help from my mentor.

E. 1 Student's Personal Statement of Goals
My reasons to take this subject (EsP) Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao to
develop my skills as a teacher for my future from my own experience
teaching at home. As a teacher's for being responsible to accomplish
my goals is important. I think this EsP subject will help me to improve
and develop my full potential and strength includes to know my
weaknesses as a teacher in 1 month expérience for my only one
student in grade 7, I know this is not enough to know if I am good in
teaching or not.
Even i am interested or do the teaching fo EsP I still want to motivate
myself in different skills and to be one of good models for my student
on why we should study and finish our schools to achieve better life or
good life without regretting anything in life. My future is depends on
my work experience there is no shortcut to achieve something you
want because It practice in this work experience.

The duties and responsibilities as a teacher for my only 1 student in grade 7
in the subject of (EsP) Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao.

E.3. Nature of Teaching
In work immersion the nature of teaching in the subject (EsP) Edukasyon sa
Pagpapakatao for my grade 7 student. We use lesson plans and have a mentor. It's my
responsibility for him to know the right way of action and good language to speak and
also for him to know about himself as nagbibinata or as an upcoming teenager to
become an adult. For our time of classes, I teacher and my student need to match our
time for comfortable class time and no one can disturb us. For only 1 hour with the
easiest lesson for him to understand without much difficulty and with basic materials
can provide such as a ballpen, 2 big notebooks, smartphone for files and recording. We
already finish the lesson 1 day 1 to lesson 10 day 10 even though our time at 7 pm daily
night time with a quiet place at some point it's not quiet and sometimes needs to move
the lesson day because my students need to go back in sangandaan and sometimes
have two days of vacation, and I will never forget to teach my student to continue our
lessons.
In teaching, I use modules or files, the files came from my student in Arellano. The
other files have no activities as a teacher I can add a few activities to know what he
knows (pretest), what he understands in the previous lesson(Looking Back), and last
what he understand after our lesson for today( Posttest) and if needed to add activity
except pretest, Looking back and posttest I can create for new activity. During class time
he is fast to answer the question sometimes he is having a hard time telling his answer
and he is listening 1to our lesson/discussion. This is part of teaching for students and
teachers to guide the student in the right way even though it's a wrong answer or low
score, but the teacher can correct it.

teachers will facilitate the learners to gain a proper behaviors, values, knowledge and skills to
enhance their development. Have responsibilities and duties as a teacher's to push learners to
learned and develop their full potential from teachers great influence. Must recognize the
education is public service, in school projects, Activities and programs expected the community
and learners and parents to participate. Teachers must collaborate with co teachers, school
administrators and other personnel for safe and friendly teaching experiences with learners and
parents
These is part of deped organization, teachers should follow the directions and instructions
from higher deped official and school administrators to achieve teachers goals of education
and treated by courtesy, good attitude and respects. Teachers must cooperate with parents and
here their complaints, also for proper guidance in learners, if the learners have problems or
issues in school and of learners do the academic performances and teachers serves as good
model for learners eye to continue education.
The teachers can't accept any gifts from learners if underserved in issues o'r problems from
academic performance. It's follow the rules and regulations for teachers and schools and for
grades or ratings the academic performance of learners are duty by teachers if the learners
must remarks of passed or fail in the subjects and if there is complaints teachers immediately
take actions for students to pass.
