India and Mr. Raj Saxena founder of Omnitrol Networks and one of the top innovators by the
US Presidency helping various US Govt projects in Real Time Intelligence Networks .The new
organization will focus on enabling enterprises to succeed in the e-age by providing advanced
software solutions & services and high-end BPO services. The Company starts out as one of the
leading providers of SAP Business One solutions and services globally and also as a leader in
healthcare-related BPO services. Visnova is working with over 50 Microsoft Dynamics and SAP
partners and 10 BPO customers spanning 4 continents and 15 countries.

Visnova is a partner for SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics Products and recently partnered
with Canadian company named Omnitrol Networks providing support to US customers like Boeing,

Job Responsibilities in Inside Sales and Business Development-:

         Business Developing and Inside Sales Responsibilities: (Reporting to President/CEO).
         •Responsible for acquiring new business. Exploring new potential areas for business
         development with the international clients preferably US, UK. Develop business
         independently.
         •Generating, promoting and developing business in international market through Market
         Campaigning, emailing and interacting with CEO’s and CFO’s and Govt officials.
         •Sales campaigning for Mobile Coupons and Web Marketing initiatives.
         •Making outbound calls to IT companies; SMEs based in UK, US and speak with the ‘C’
         Level Executives about the software services and KPO.
         •Set-up/ fix Teleconferences, Face-To-Face meetings and exceeding revenue targets
         consistently
         •Leveraging all available networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.
         •Responsible for the fulfillment of requirements given by the strategic clients/accounts.
         •Building credible and lasting relationships with prospects. Prospecting to establish new
accounts.
         •Pursuing business that supports Software Services/ IT Services/ Customized Application
         Development
         •Ensuring proper follow up and managing daily business communication with
