1.Knight Frank India Ltd (September 2010 till July 2012)
Knight Frank is an International Property Consultancy head-quartered in London with offices
globally. Knight Frank India is a wholly owned subsidiary of Knight Frank with about six
offices across India.
I joined Knight Frank India in September 2010 as Head-Occupier Services Group (North) with a
key objective of forming a robust team as well as strategise business for the Region. I am also
entrusted the responsibility of transacting for the Eastern market as Knight Frank does not
presently have an office to cater to that Region.
We have already transacted about 0.3 million square feet space earning revenues worth Rs.3
crores in this financial year .
Some key clients that our team has transacted for are Wipro Technologies,Sterlite Industries,
Galax-e-solutions as well as Nuance Communications.
2.Pan Pacific India Ltd ( October 2006- February 2010)
Pan Pacific India was a partnership venture primarily in the business of real estate consultancy
services. Pan Pacific India was a profitable venture with successful transactions in Bangalore,
Hyderabad as well as Chennai to its merit. The company
serviced verticals such as commercial space leasing and sale, retail space leasing, residential
space leasing and sale, contracts management, land acquisitions, manpower consultancy as well
as business centre operations.
Pan Pacific India was into tenant as well as landlord representation owing to the strong network
that the company had in the corporate segment as well as the developer/landlord
Community.
Some real estate transactions concluded by Pan Pacific India are for Spheris India Pvt.Ltd. in
Ascendas “Vega” Hyderabad, TRC Engineering India Pvt Ltd. In DLF SEZ“Cyber City”
Chennai,Suez Energy India Pvt Ltd and Juki India Pvt.Ltd. in Ozone Manay Tech Park

3. The manpower consultancy vertical was driven to service requirements of mandated clients by
means of head-hunting and sourcing experienced talent as well as grooming and later mentoring
the selected candidates. Campus recruitments and presentations were also made in reputed
institutions to drive the endeavour. SJR Group, a reputed real estate company was one of the
mandated clients for senior management positions.
Pan Pacific Business Centre was a 1500sqft incubator space with a high-end training room.The
facility had mandated clients like Accenture and Mar Labs Software .
Major Achievements: Pan Pacific India was felicitated by Ascendas as a part of the Ascendas
Realtor Partnership Award Scheme in the year 2008.
3. Colliers International Property Consultancy (August 2004 – August 2006)
Owing to my stint in ITPL and my strong corporate network Colliers International Bangalore ,a
real estate consultancy firm hired me as a Manager-Commercial Agency. I was elevated to the
position of Head-Commercial Agency on the confirmation of my services with the company .
Colliers International is head-quartered in Boston,U.S.. and has a presence in 50 countries and

I joined Information Technology Park Limited ( a joint venture of Tata Sons, Singapore
conglomerate of Industries led by JTCi/Ascendas and Karnataka Industrial Authority
Development Board) in June 2000. ITPL was developed a one of the 1st IT Parks in country with
mandate of developing and managing state of the art infrastructure of international standards for
Indian and international customers.
I joined the company as a Business Head of a profit center-TPBC (Tech Park Business Center)
and was also endowed with the additional responsibility of event-management. I was
subsequently promoted in July’2001 as a Customer Service Manager for the 90+ clients of the
