Kirill Klimov presented an unconventional view of the Kanban method at an Agile Greece webinar. He discussed how he started using Kanban and some myths about Kanban, noting that in reality it has four foundational principles and six core practices. Klimov also discussed balancing demand and capacity, using Kanban for more than just operational teams, limiting work-in-progress through visualizing the workflow, and finding community support and books about Kanban. He closed by inviting questions.
