Imaginary situation (or not):
Courage to not deliver
undone software
Commit to the Definition of
Done and creating working
software
Focus on the work of the
Sprint and the goals
Open about progress
Respect each other
Lack of Commitment:
ScrumMaster is not faithfully
committed to the principles
and values of Scrum.
Lack of Commitment:
PO tries to push Dev Team,
imposing more tasks than by
forces and requires
"Commitment" for a certain
scope and deadlines.
Lack of Courage:
Team members avoid
COURAGE and OPEN
discussion about sore points
with each other
Lack of Openness:
Nobody speaks OPENLY
about major dysfunctions,
because "it is not accepted”

Scrum team does not speak
OPENLY about existing and
identified problems on Sprint
Reviews, preferring to deliver
only sweet pills to
stakeholders.

Team members do not
RESPECT each other,
sometimes hiding critical

works on less valuable tasks
during the Sprint

PO can not formulate the
